On may 28th, we submitted the second update of Dear Diary to Apple for review. Unfortunately Apple hasn’t cleared it yet and we have no information either, why it takes them that long this time. If you’re a Dear Diary customer and waiting for this update, we do apologize for the inconvenience. The approval process is far out of our hands and so your patience will be greatly appreciated.

We updated Dear Diary once again. The new version will bring you the ability to send your entries via email. This feature was requested by many users and since customer support is most important to us, we tried to implement it as fast as possible.

Once the update has been reviewed by Apple, it will be available on the iTunes App Store (probably within the next 7 days).

We take customer feedback very serious. That’s why we are currently working on an email feature for Dear Diary, as requested by one of our customers. Dear Diary 1.2 will soon be submitted to the iTunes App Store and allow users to send their diary entries by email.

Apple finally released Dear Diary 1.1 for your iPhone and iPod Touch.

The new version features an improved audio recorder and several bug fixes. Version 1.0 suffered from a severe bug, that could cause the app to crash and eventually fail to launch. We’re deeply sorry for the inconvenience. If you’re updating to version 1.1 and had crashing issues before, please carefully read the update instructions. More than a week ago, we submitted “Dear Diary” 1.1 to the iTunes App Store. The updated version adresses a bug, that can cause the application to crash. However, so far we’re still waiting for Apple to clear things and put Dear Diary 1.1 for sale.
